Ever since she was young, Rachel had a passion for human spaceflight. In an industry that has pushed boundaries technically, Rachel is working to push the boundaries of the workforce to make it more diverse and inclusive.
She currently serves as the ISS Countermeasure Systems Deputy System Manager for NASA, helping to ensure the health of the exercise hardware on the Space Station to keep crew healthy and strong.
