Prior to shifting careers into tech sales recruiting in early 2022, Shannon worked in television for nearly two decades, starting in reality casting and transitioning into the field and post production in both unscripted and documentary. She’s worked on over 60 shows, the most well known are The Biggest Loser, Supernanny, MTV’s The Real World, Are You The One and True Life, Netflix’s Nailed It! and The Circle, CBS’ Undercover Boss, and The Apprentice with Martha Stewart and Donald Trump.
Shannon has also been a senior producer on three seasons of CNN’s documentary series, Declassified, working alongside the FBI, CIA, NSA, DEA, and others to showcase intelligence cases and missions. She also is a guest lecturer at Chapman University and Ithaca College for the unscripted television courses. Shannon is a proud Los Angeles native, and studied television and film at Syracuse University.
